Recruitment process
At NDC, we uphold a fair and transparent hiring process. We begin by posting the available position and allowing a reasonable timeframe for candidates to apply. We carefully select from applicants who meet the general qualifications, have successfully completed the interview process, and possess strong references from previous employers.
Occasionally, we also rehire former employees who demonstrated excellent performance and maintained a positive relationship with NDC and its representatives during their previous tenure.
Training and Development
At NDC, our mission is to provide high-quality business services and career opportunities, which includes supporting the development of your skills and competencies. As an employee, you'll receive on-the-job training to ensure you can perform your duties safely and effectively. Once you’ve completed your probationary period, you may request additional training that you believe will enhance your performance at NDC. Your supervisor, in consultation with their superior, will determine if the requested training can be provided.
If you are a permanent employee with 24 months of continuous service, you are also entitled to unpaid educational leave. This allows you to take up to two months off without pay to pursue a work-related program, with NDC guaranteeing your job security. After 36 months, the possibility of a longer leave can be discussed.
