Recruitment process
When we hire an employee, we respect a fair hiring process. We start by posting a position, and giving a reasonable delay for candidates to apply. We select the employee amongst the ones that meet the general qualifications, who successfully went through the interview process and who had good past work references.
At times, we rehire eligible employees who worked for us in the past, as long as they performed well and were in good terms with NDC and its representatives.
Training and Development
As our mission says, we are committed to providing high-quality business services and career opportunities. This means that as our employee, we want to help you develop your know-how and competencies.
You will receive on-the-job training to make sure that you know how to perform your job safely. Once you have completed your probation, you can also request training that you believe would be beneficial to your accomplishing your job at NDC. Your supervisor, with her/his superior, will decide whether the training can be offered to you.
After 24 months of continuous service, if you are a permanent employee, you will also be entitled to unpaid educational leave. This means that you will be able to take up to two months without pay if you want to follow a work-relevant program. NDC will guarantee job security. After 36 months, a longer leave can be discussed.
